• Sprint Courier — fast, tracked delivery to your door nationwide.
• Bus delivery — for customers in towns served by intercity buses, we can send parts via bus which is a cost-effective option.

Delivery cost is calculated per order based on your location and the size/weight of your parts. WhatsApp us for a delivery quote.

Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery method chosen:

• Sprint Courier — typically 1–3 business days within Botswana.
• Bus delivery — same day or next day depending on bus schedules.

We will confirm estimated delivery time when you place your order.

Yes — you are welcome to collect from our store in Francistown at any time during business hours.

Yes — we offer special orders for parts not currently in stock. Lead times vary depending on where the part is sourced from:

• Regional suppliers — typically 1–4 weeks.
• International suppliers — can take between 1–6 months depending on origin.

We will give you an estimated lead time when you enquire. Contact us to start a special order.
